Tri-Millennium Properties is the marketing and development company affiliated with P&N Construction Company. Since it’s founding in 1979 by CEO Mr. Nasser Mehdizadeh, P&N Construction Company has provided nationally acclaimed, award winning commercial and residential development throughout Southern California. His first projects for P&N Construction Company included luxury condominiums, office complexes and a medical center in Beverly Hills.

P&N Construction Company expanded in 1991 and was joined by Mr. Bijan Shahmoradi to serve first as Executive Vice President, and then as President. In 1997 it added to its management Mr. Sam Rashidi, in the position of Executive Vice President. Messrs. Mehdizadeh, Shahmoradi and Rashidi all have degrees in engineering.

Under this combined leadership, with its expertise in all the areas of project development, P&N Construction Company has developed and constructed more than one million square feet of luxury residential, commercial and industrial space, including the Peninsula at Pacific Palisades, located just north of Santa Monica in Southern California.

The “Peninsula”, a gated community of 49 luxury ocean-view residences and other projects designed and constructed by P&N Construction Company, have won awards not just for excellence in design and management but also for outstanding sales and marketing.
