NOW LEASING PHASE 1 & 2

Tri-Millennium Properties is NOW LEASING 22,100 sq. ft. of retail in Phase 1, adjacent to the new Cathedral City Civic Center and Theatre Complex. Phase 1, upon completion, will include a retail-dining complex of approximately 48,000 sq. ft. and a 106 Suite Hotel.  Phase 2 is now LEASING and considering build-to-suit proposals on 25,000 sq. ft. of retail.
